Walk & Talk Home Staging Consultation — $275
Includes up to 2 hours.
Your stager will walk the property with you, providing verbal recommendations as you go. It is up to the client and/or Realtor to take notes if desired. This is a comprehensive, curb-to-backyard assessment of the entire property — viewed through a buyer’s eye.
Up to 2 hours • Additional time billed at an hourly rate of $150, in 30-minute increments.

Hands-On Home Staging Consultation — From $300
$300 (up to 2 hours)
Your stager will roll up their sleeves and refine the spaces of your choice within the allotted time. Adjustments may be made to improve layout and presentation — such as rearranging furniture, editing accessories, or rehanging art. Weight limit: 25 lbs. For any heavier lifting or furniture moving, an additional team member from our logistics crew can be added for an upcharge.

Home Staging Consultation + Written Report — $375
Includes up to 2 hours and a written report.
Your stager will provide the same recommendations as the Walk & Talk Consultation, and follow up with a detailed written report outlining everything discussed during the Walk & Talk. This option is preferred by most Realtors, as it provides a clear and actionable plan for the homeowner.
Up to 2 hours on-site • Additional time on-site billed at an hourly rate of $150, in 30-minute increments.

Your stager will be on-site to fine-tune every detail before professional photography. We adjust décor, smooth bedding, and perfect accessories to ensure every space photographs beautifully.
This service may be scheduled to overlap with your listing photo appointment — so you have a stager on-site making sure every shot looks its best.

An add-on service providing curated décor — such as art, greenery, and accessories — to elevate occupied homes. All selections are sourced and styled for you; no shopping or searching required.
Soft goods (bedding, towels, pillows, etc.) are newly purchased by the homeowner to keep, while art and décor items are rented to complete the look.
Recommended for most projects to achieve a cohesive, photo-ready finish.

Ideal for sellers outside the Twin Cities or those who prefer a remote option. After you provide photos and key details about your home, St. Paul Home Staging will review each space and create a concise written summary with prioritized staging recommendations to prepare your home for listing and photography.
